SELECTION OF AN ENTITY FOR THE CREATION OF A CUSTOMER AREA ON THE HARVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT WEBSITE

1.      BACKGROUND

Created in 2017, Harvest Asset Management (HARVEST AM) is a 100% independent asset management company, licensed by COSUMAF (Commission de Surveillance du Marché Financier de l'Afrique Centrale). It offers a varied and innovative range of investment solutions to institutional and private clients on the financial markets.

With a progressive perspective of the satisfaction and improvement of its customer relationship, Harvest AM has set up a project to establish a Customer Area on its website.

 

2.    PURPOSE OF THIS CALL

The purpose of the present call of interest manifestation is to pre-select potential entities having the necessary capacities for the realization of a customer area in order to improve the client experience on the HARVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT website.


3.      PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The overall objective of the project is to implement a client area on the HARVEST AM website which will provide users with fast, flexible and personalized communication.

The specific objective is to provide investors with real-time access to online data in order to be informed about the company, offers, and financial news; Also, to better manage their investment.

Associated areas of activity may include staff training, promotional video production, and implementation of tools for the natural referencing of our website.

 

4.      METHOD OF SELECTION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SHORT LIST

HARVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT invites entities specialized in this field to express their interest, individually or jointly in the form of a duly constituted joint and several grouping, for the provision of services as described above.

HARVEST AM will draw up a shortlist of a maximum of five (5) companies, pre-selected based on the applications received, to which it will send the specifications for the realisation of the required service.

The criteria for establishing the shortlist are:

- Relevant experience related to the present project (similar experience)

- Nature of activities and number of years of experience

- General experience

- Technical and managerial organization

- Human and material resources


5.      CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION FILE

The application file must be 10 pages maximum (excluding supporting documents) and include:

- A presentation of the entity, or entities in case of grouping, concerning the company name(s), the location, the activities, the number of years of experience, the technical and managerial organization, the human and financial resources (number of employees, turnover).

- The references of the accomplished missions generally

- The references of similar missions accompanied by the certificates of good execution.

- The up-to-date tax file of the company.

- Any other additional information.

 

6.      SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS


The application file must be written in French or English and submitted either:
